ResilienX Supports NUAIR in FAA Acceptance of Surveillance-as-a-Service for BVLOS Drone Operations

July 31, 2025

We’re proud to share that our partners at NUAIR have received a Letter of Acceptance from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for their Surveillance-as-a-Service (SaaS) concept—marking a significant advancement for scalable Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) drone operations.

This FAA acceptance enables NUAIR to provide surveillance capabilities as a service to other organizations, reducing infrastructure burdens and accelerating the safe integration of uncrewed systems into the national airspace.

ResilienX is honored to serve as a supporting technology partner in this achievement, helping to ensure safe, secure, and resilient drone operations. Our technology plays a role in monitoring system performance and safety assurance, enabling the operational confidence required for advanced drone services like Surveillance-as-a-Service.

We congratulate the entire NUAIR team for their continued leadership in advancing the future of aviation.
