ResilienX to Support OneSky with Australia FIMS Project

February 18, 2022

The Future of UTM in Australia Starts Now

A market leader in the field of in-time system-wide safety assurance (ISSA), ResilienX has been selected as part of a team to develop a prototype of a flight information management system (FIMS) for Airservices Australia. ResilienX will join Airbus and AAM Group on a team led by global UTM services provider OneSky.

“This future of advanced mobility requires a combination in terms of breadth of skill sets, and depth of knowledge. OneSky put together a team that checks all the boxes, and we are thrilled to support them in this effort,” said Ryan Pleskach, CEO of ResilienX.

Under the effort ResilienX will be providing their FRAIHMWORK software platform, which will help the team implement ISSA concepts, and achieve the safety-related requirements outlined by Airservices Australia.

“ResilienX has unmatched expertise in safety assurance for UTM, and they fill a critical need on this program,” said Robert Hammett, CEO of OneSky. Hammett added, “We feel that ResilienX’s capabilities are complementary to our core offerings, and they can be a differentiator in the success of this program.”

Andrew Carter, ResilienX’s CTO added, “We applaud Airservices Australia in their detailed, robust approach. The success of this project will be a beacon to ANSPs globally. It provides a great stage for ResilienX to showcase the benefits of ISSA at scale.”
