NASA recently highlighted its collaboration with ResilienX during testing of new tools designed to assess drone safety over urban environments. The demonstration, held at our Syracuse headquarters, integrated NASA-developed services into the ResilienX platform and our in-time aviation safety management system (IASMS) to provide operators with real-time risk assessments and decision support before flights.
This effort was supported through a NASA Phase III Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contract and builds on earlier work with weather risk assessments. By incorporating these capabilities into our IASMS platform, we are helping set the standard for the safe integration of drones and air taxis into low-altitude city airspace.
We are proud to see Syracuse at the center of this innovation and to continue working with NASA and our partners to advance the future of safe and scalable urban air mobility.
